Anatomy of a finding

severity string required: info, warning or error.
type string required: The family: correctness, security, performance, style.
subtype string required: The specific fault, e.g. unchecked-null.
file string required: Repository-relative path.
lines number[] required: The [start, end] the finding sits on, 1-indexed.
report string required: The prose report, and what Copy report to agent copies.

Level	Means	Blocks a merge
`error`	The change is wrong and will misbehave at runtime.	Yes, if checks are on
`warning`	The change is probably wrong, or right but fragile.	No
`info`	Worth knowing; not a defect.	No

A trailing comment silences a finding on the line it sits on, for that subtype only.
