Quickstart

One repository, reviewed, in about two minutes.

1. Install the GitHub app

Install Jevlit on the repositories you want reviewed. The app needs read access to code and write access to pull requests — nothing else.

Terminal
$ jevlit auth login$ jevlit repos add my-org/my-repo

2. Add a config file

Optional. Without one, Jevlit reviews every pull request against the default rules. With one, you choose what it looks at.

jevlit.yml
version: 1review: on: [pull_request] paths: - "src/**" ignore: - "**/*.generated.ts" severity: warning

3. Open a pull request

Push a branch and open a pull request. The run starts on the pull_request event; each changed function gets its verdict in under a second, and the result arrives on the pull request as a check within minutes.

4. Read the findings

Open the run in the run log, pick a finding, and use Copy report to agent to put the whole report on your clipboard in the form a coding agent expects.
